In my opinion, balancing the career and family may be quite hard for most people, but I believe I can handle it. I am “very clear in what I wanted in my personal life as well as what I wanted in my business life”. Planning your own life is very important, like utilize the time wisely and organize the events. I want to be a successful business woman like every other woman, but it does not mean that I have to give up my marriage or child. I am willing to find a person who has the similar job as mine as my husband. We may have some different opinions with jobs and quarrel with each other. However, I don’t think it will hurt our marriage. On the contrary, it adds some challenging and happiness. If I have a child or aging parents, it is a good decision to stop working full time, and work from home. Before leaving, I will establish a good bridge for the future return, and connect with others as much as possible. While working at home, an au pair or nanny will also help. In short, balancing the career and family is not hard for me or everyone, if women control their life well.

A career woman has to give up lots of things. She needs to allot her time for her family and children (if she is married),her own life, and her career obviously. However, I myself believe that to be a career woman is not that hard as long as she knows what she wants in her life. If she married and has children, she needs to pay more attention to them. Never let the career comes first before the family. I know a lady who is a career woman and a mother of five children at the same time. She works with lots of people. Sometimes she has to work until late night. She also has to be outstation for weeks to work. But, she still manages to serve her family well. She still has time cooking and spending time with her family. In addition, she does not even have maids to help her. I asked her how she managed to do all those things and she replied that, "always think about what we want to have in our life, believe that we can achieve them, and do not let anything around us stop our selves from achieving our dreams".

About women’s balance problem, I have to say that under the “men-women equalize” call, women actually have more stress in their life than men have. Sometimes it’s even worse because women often play a very important role in family’s balance and kids-care. To answer the proposed question here, I would definitely say that this balance between a success business and a wonderful family life can be established with the right methods. In the literatures I found a “networking” concept is very popular, where it’s assumed to be the best way to deal with women’s “successful” life. It’s said that with more people interacting with one more personally will benefit oneself. Thus the stress will be deducted to the acceptable level. I think every successful woman must have a great network since they don’t have to everything alone. Also I think family supports from parents, husband and kids are even more important for women to maintain a balance between off-work life and a business life. I assume that with a positive attitude, women will be able to attain a great business achievement at the same time with a wonderful family life.

Actually, I never thought of the meaning of a career woman. I think if a lady wants to be both successful in the aspects of her business and family, it is almost impossible because both of them need the lady to put on effort and time. My mom was a typical house hold wife and I thought she was pretty good at taking care of her children because she quit her job and spend time to cook and read books for me. But now, I have a little sister who is 3 years old and my mom was so happy about it. Then she spends all her time on her, going everywhere to find the best kindergarten in my city to let her receive the best education. To me, I thought it was better for a lady to keep the house clean and do the cook rather than making money. That was the exactly life I want in the future. The man goes out to earn money every day and the wife takes care of the children, cooks the food and waits her husband to come back. However, career women also have special charm for special men.

Nowadays, it is not hard to see a career women. Actually, the labor force participation of women has grown rapidly during the past few dacades, while the labor force participation of men decreased during the same period. This topic, just like the previous one, has very much do to with personal preferences. However I think that one big reason for so many women entering the labor force is to keep up with inflation. While prices are going up frequently, the average income of households are not keeping up with the price level. Just only a few days ago, a news survey in South Korea said that women, on average, would decide not to work only if the income is over US$5,000 per month. So therefore, even though women have less time to take care of work at home, they prefer to sacrifice themselves in order to enjoy a better life in the future, which I also agree on.
Another reason why women are more involved in the labor force is that women are more educated nowadays than in the past. I think that it would be pretty useless and a waste of money and time for women to get a degree in college and then just sit around doing nothing. Being a career women would definately be an advantage, both for the individual as well as the society. However, there is a trade-off here since it is also true that children are better off growing with there parents, especially with their mom, and being a career women reduces the time spent with children. Even though this is the case, I do think that being a career women is not a bad decision at all for women.

From my point of view, having a family as well as owning a business or having a career at the same time will be very difficult for a woman since it requires great commitment and a lot of times. Nevertheless, I don’t think it is impossible as long as a woman has good time-management and decision-making skill, and know when and how to tolerate with her family and spouse. I have an auntie who has seven children. At the same time, she works as a director at a District Health Department. She always busy with her works and still, she manages to spend time and play with her children. My sister is also a career woman. She has four kids and is doing his master degree in medicine. From what I’ve seen, she spends a lot of time with her growing children. I asked her when she spends time for her study. She told me that she always finished her assignments or research at her office. Additionally, if she has exam, she will stay up late night to study so she won’t be disturbed by her kids. In a nutshell, I think woman can have a career or own a business but they must know how to separate it with their personal life especially family.

Career and family usually troubles women with big dreams or at least willing to take a job. They have a so obvious conflicts since the energy and time for a woman are limited. But most women can not escape being fragile and sensitive once met the situation as hardship, misunderstanding or losing support. So it often happens that a woman would give up her career and concentrate on the family. But I am totally against this kind of sacrifices. Firstly, balancing career and family is denfitely something impossible. There are a lot of successful businesswomen actually make it. Above all, she should ignore all the wrong opinions about women going out to work. Everybody has the right to pursue dreams. There's no sexual difference in this issue.I believe the most important factor that affects a woman's decision is the family support. If the whole family support her pursuing her career. Then the only prolem is time disrtibution. Then it needs her effort to try to organize her time properly. In fact it's a minor problem for wise women. The most significant is to gain the support from the family. All members should make some effort.I think this is also a kind of love. So family and career are not enemies. When all involved have a right idea and deal with them correctly.Family can stimulate career instead of blocking career.

Even though career women are really common nowadays, a woman having a family and a career is having a really tough life. A career woman need to speed lots of time on their career, meaning giving up their time with the family. Thats a really big issue in the family since mom won't be able to be home most of the time. However, being a career mom is not impossible. A career woman must organize their time really efficiently, because she need to balance the time she spend at home and at work. Another criteria a career woman must have is that she must know what she is doing all the time. What is it that she want. Lastly, I think the career woman's spouse act as an important role. He can aid the career woman in house work and the education of the child.

Nowadays, women tend to have jobs rather than being house wives. But some suffer from choosing which one to put priority; either caring for their family or pursuing their jobs. I think women of course have the right to look for their career but she and her husband have to search for the ways to take care of their children. Either governmental care or private care parents have to consider alternatives for their children when wife wants career for their life. Companies should offer women’s much more advantages on pregnancy, and after that. It is obvious that women need support for pursuing their careers.

In my opinion, Actually, it is pretty difficult for a woman to balance both roles in her life. because usually, women have to take over most of the house works and take care of their children. They pay much effort then men do. however, women usually work as men do now. on the other hand, they have to not only take care of their home but their career. it's a pretty hard work for them.
however, i believe that there are still some women can handle them really well. and i think the point is never ignore your family members. this theory is important to not only women but also men.
i think man and woman are equally important to their family and they all should pay the same duties to their family. so basically,if man can share the house work with woman that will ease the boundary of woman. and woman can also do a good job on their career. i think man and woman are not really equal now, so there are still some unfair stereotypes exist in the society. and those concepts will really harm woman when they try to be success in their career.
i think the real equality is the only think that should be considered about.

I do not think that there is a perfect way to balance the career and family. Career needs your passion and full participation. Family needs your 24hours care. That is, it is impossible to live both lives successfully. Some people say they have dreams to achieve, and they give ‘Support from family’ for the reason of having career. Well, if your family supports you with having career and achieving your goal, it is understandable. However, that does not mean that you are doing perfect job on taking care of your family. My mom used to be a career woman, teaching English. She always regrets that she couldn’t spend more time with me at my childhood, because of having job. For another instance, my aunt used to be a nurse. After she got married, she tried really hard to have career and family. However, she quit the job, because she realized that it is impossible to have both at once. As you wish to have full support on your job, your family needs your full support.

In my opinion, there are a lot of advantages for being a career woman, but in my country, there is a prejudice that, once woman got married, they had to quit the job, and they have to take care of children, and have to stick with housekeeping. The reason why people in my country think this way is because, usually guys do work to make money. These days being a career woman is very common, and women likely to have jobs. I think there is still gender discrmination in our soceity. For the most of companies, the ratio between the males and females is very comparable. Most of them are males.Usaully women play important role in a family, such as educating children, etc, but if women have a job while one have a family, one has to give up on either takeing care of children, or job. There are also advatages for being a career women. They built experiences comming from soceity, and they can make their own money. There is no such rule that women must stick with house keeping, and educating children once they got married. Women also has right to have a job, and create their own life. People should not consider women as only a housekeeper.

I believe that balancing the career and family is very difficult for woman. They might need to give up on many things since being a mom is already a full-time job. When I remember what my mom has done to me and my family, her work was a huge job. It is not easy to balance them. However, to find the way how to make it possible to be a career woman with having a family, you need to have own strategy for your life. Time is limited so that you need to consider how to handle your time. You might choose to spend more time with your family and spend less time on work. You might want to work until late so that you need to hire nanny to do the house work. I do not want any women to give up on their goal it is because you are a woman. They might have difficulty to build their career with family, however, I believe there must be a way to solve problems and achieve their goal.
